職位描述1.核心開發任務主導 Vue2/Vue3 多端應用（Web/H5 / 小程序 /iOS/Android）從需求到上線的技術全流程落地。運用 Vue 全家桶實現路由管理與狀態管理，通過組件化實現多端功能一致性。優化打包配置與性能調優，提升用戶體驗。2.技術方案設計設計高可用、可復用的組件庫與頁面架構，確保代碼后續可優化迭代，并能在多個項目中復用；優化跨平臺兼容性問題，確保代碼在不同設備和系統上穩定運行。3.性能優化與維護持續優化應用加載速度、內存占用等性能指標，解決首屏渲染延遲、白屏等問題；參與代碼 Review，推動前端工程化規范落地。4.探索 AI推動前端技術創新，探索 AI在前端領域的應用如 AI代碼生成、智能交互、自動化測試等，提升開發效率和用戶體驗。任職要求1.本科及以上學歷，計算機/軟件工程等相關專業；2.5年以上同崗位經驗，其中2年及以上帶團隊經驗。至少獨立主導過 2 個完整的Vue項目。3.精通 UniApp 多端開發，主導需求分析至上線全流程，確保多端功能一致與優質用戶體驗。4.熟悉微信小程序開發規范，了解 iOS/Android 原生開發基礎（如證書申請、打包流程）。5.掌握 Webpack/Vite 等構建工具，熟悉移動端性能優化策略；熟悉跨平臺開發常見問題，具備高效解決方案。6.有 MES 系統相關經驗或項目經歷者優先。7.具備良好的問題分析與解決能力，能快速定位并修復多端兼容性 Bug。
