主要工作職責(zé)
Main Responsibilities :
1.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品圖紙編制機(jī)加工藝指導(dǎo)文件，如過(guò)程流程圖、P-FMEA、機(jī)加工藝指導(dǎo)書(shū)等
According product drawing design process document and specification,such as process flow chart、P-FMEA、process instruct drawing and so on.
2.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品樣件及批產(chǎn)刀具、工裝的設(shè)計(jì)及選定以及工藝方案的實(shí)施
Responsible for design and specify cuttertool and clamping for product trial run and mass production,and accomplish process plan for product.
3.組織新產(chǎn)品試制工藝策劃及過(guò)程跟蹤,組織相關(guān)工藝試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行工藝驗(yàn)證進(jìn)行工藝優(yōu)化等
Organize process planning and tracing production process for new product,organize engineering test for improve process
4.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝問(wèn)題處理及提供相應(yīng)技術(shù)支持，產(chǎn)品工藝持續(xù)改進(jìn)降低生產(chǎn)成本
Responsible for production process trouble shoot and provide technical support,to keep improving for process to reduce production cost
5.創(chuàng)建與維護(hù)SAP物料數(shù)據(jù)及工藝路線(xiàn)工作中心等
Creat and maintenance material data、process routing and work center in SAP system
6.參與產(chǎn)品新設(shè)備選型、工藝方案審核及組織設(shè)備驗(yàn)收等工作
Involved in new machine type ****、technical plan ****ation and organize machine acceptance
7.進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)能分析及設(shè)備投資計(jì)劃的核算
Project capacity and machine investment calculation
8.根據(jù)公司內(nèi)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備及生產(chǎn)能力能夠準(zhǔn)確地計(jì)算工序加工節(jié)拍；
Parts cycle time caculation accurately base on facility and machining capacity in plant
9.結(jié)合公司現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)、設(shè)備及運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目初始階段成本分析與核算（包括機(jī)加成本、人工成本、管理成本等），為銷(xiāo)售部門(mén)商務(wù)報(bào)價(jià)提供技術(shù)支持；
According facility capacity and operation condition caculating project cost（include machining cost、stuff cost、management cost）,offer technical support to business department
10.結(jié)合已經(jīng)運(yùn)行的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目成本分析、核算及控制；
Machining cost analisys and control base on existing project
11.為商務(wù)及采購(gòu)提供相應(yīng)的技術(shù)支持；
Offer technical support to business and purchasing department
12.工藝相關(guān)的其他工作；
Other process relevant work

任職資格
Job Qualifications:
1.機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical or relative.
2.至少5年機(jī)械加工行業(yè)工藝工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least five years working experience as process engineer in machining industry
3.熟悉TS16949質(zhì)量工具
Familiar with TS16949 quality control tool
4.熟悉齒輪類(lèi)零件機(jī)械加工工藝（車(chē)削、滾插齒、剃齒、熱處理、磨齒等）及方法，熟悉機(jī)加工藝參數(shù)的選用；能讀懂圖紙，根據(jù)圖紙要求進(jìn)行工藝加工流程設(shè)計(jì)；
Familier with gear machinign process(turning、chaping、hobbing、shaving、HT.、tooth grinding) and process parameter ****With capability reading product drawing and designing process flow chart
5.熟練應(yīng)用Auto-CAD pro-E等三位軟件
Skilled with Auto-CAD and Pro-E software
6.英語(yǔ)可進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流與溝通
Can accomplish technical communication with english
7.認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),獨(dú)立分析思考解決問(wèn)題的能力
Conscientious and strict and apacity for analysis and solve problem independently
