Java研發工程師（商業化廣告配置推薦方向）崗位職責：1. 負責公司商業化廣告配置推薦系統的研發，結合數據分析優化配置智能推薦策略，提升商業化運營的配置效率。2.開發AI驅動的自動化工具，如數據自動校對、異常智能診斷等，保證系統穩定性，不斷優化廣告變現效率。任職要求：1. 3年以上互聯網行業研發經驗，1年以上廣告系統開發經驗2. 具備優秀的編程能力，對Java語言有深入了解，熟悉Spring生態，熟悉常規中間件如RocketMQ/Redis/MySQL的原理以及使用。3.良好的溝通協作、分析問題和解決問題的能力，良好的工作進度管理與把控能力，抗壓能力強。加分項：1.理解廣告算法&業務&技術架構；2.有AI編程經驗、前端/全棧開發能力優先錄取。
