主要工作Main missions:
1、計劃制定和執(zhí)行Material Plan Establishment and Implementation
監(jiān)督收集試制計劃，監(jiān)督制定并審核試制相關的物料、試制計劃，確保計劃的準確性和合理性；監(jiān)督和控制物料計劃與生產(chǎn)計劃的執(zhí)行結果，保證物流與試制生產(chǎn)的有序進行。
Supervise and collect the pilot plan, supervise the formulation and review of the plant related materials, test plan, and ensure the accuracy and rationality of the plan; Monitor and control the implementation of material plan and production plan to ensure the orderly process of logistics and production.
2、 負責項目啟動/切換物料相關事宜Launch / Balance out performance
指導并協(xié)調開發(fā)與運營項目中的新項目物流活動。
Directs and coordinates development and operation of the Advanced Manufacturing activities within the projects.
確保、支持和發(fā)展公司的物流系統(tǒng), 優(yōu)化新項目物流活動開展的流程。
Ensures, supports, and develops plant’s logistics system, Optimizes the new project’s logistics activities process.
安排的新項目物流任務進行質量管理。
Arrange new project logistics tasks for quality management.
3、運費監(jiān)督和控制Transportation Cost Tracking And Control
及時掌握由于計劃變更而產(chǎn)生的額外費用并分析原因。
Fully understand the premium freight due to schedule change and analysis the root case.
降低額外運費。
Premium freight reductio.
4、物料管理和評估Material management and evaluation
負責在部門里實施物料管理自我評審，并根據(jù)自評結果實施改進。
Responsible for implementing material management self-assessment in department, and implement improvement of self-evaluation.
負責危險品、有毒有害物品的運輸、儲存、保管，負責建立危險物料清單，收集危險物料的MSDS及相關資料的張貼工作。
Be responsible for transfer, storage the dangerous , poisonous, hazards goods, checklist of the dangerous gather the MSDS of the dangerous chemical goods and release the information in the warehouse..

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.大學本科或以上學歷，機械、化工、材料、汽車類相關專業(yè)；
Bachelor or above, machinery，Chemical engineering, Materials，Automobile and relevant major.
2.英語四級以上，能看懂相關法律法規(guī)、企業(yè)/國家標準及英文資料；
CET-4 or above，Understand relevant laws and regulations、enterprise or national standards and English files
3.四年以上在制造行業(yè)的物料運輸、訂購&管理經(jīng)驗，熟悉相關工作流程；
Over 4 years experience in material transportation, ordering & management in manufacturing industry, familiar with relevant working procedures;
4.正直誠信，責任心強，良好的溝通、協(xié)調組織管理能力，良好的團隊合作精神，具有較強的壓力承擔能力；
Integrity and compliance ;high sense of responsibility；Good communication,coordination and management skills；teamwork and pressure resistance ability
5良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Fluent English communication in listening，writing and speaking.
