工作內容:Grow and Expand Business:1.基于現有銷售線索,高效協調內部資源(如應用工程、研發、市場團隊),推動PoC (概念驗證)落地,確保項目轉化與訂單獲取。Based on existing sales leads, efficiently coordinate internal resources (such as Application Engineering, R&D, and PM) to drive the implementation of PoC (Proof of Concept) and ensure project conversion and order acquisition.2.不斷地挖掘業務線索,轉換為項目機會,并轉化為訂單。Continuously uncover business leads, convert them into project opportunities, and ultimately turn them into orders.3.從目標行業(如汽車、半導體、電子制造等行業)的最終客戶和內部物流自動化系統集成商OEM等不同的路徑來嘗試業務突破。Pursuing business breakthroughs through different approaches, such as end customers & intralogistics system OEMs in target industries, such as automotive, semi-conductor, EMS, etc.4.舉一反三地挖掘開拓目標行業的潛在客戶。Explore potential customers in the target industries.5.探尋潛力客戶的商業機會,并戰略性地將其拓展為全球關鍵客戶,使我們的創新無線充電方案和直流電源產品/方案給客戶帶來價值和回報。Explore business opportunities for potential customers and strategically expand them into key global clients, bringing value and returns to our innovative wireless business and PULS DC power supplies/solutions.6.憑借對客戶需求、生產應用場景及行業特有業務模式的深刻洞察,構建穩固的客戶信任關系。By gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and their production application scenarios, and the industry-specific business models, aim to build a stable customer trust relationship.與所有相關方溝通,促進客戶開發Promote the customer development by communicating with all stakeholders:1.為了使我們的產品占領市場,協調公司內部和外部的利益相關方:市場部門、產品經理、應用工程師、研發部門等,與各方緊密聯系,確保項目順利推進。To make sure our product/solution to be competitive in the market, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders of the company, including the marketing, product management team, application team, R&D team, and closely liaise with all parties to ensure the smooth progress of the project.2.始終與時俱進,分析市場動態和競爭對手,為我們的無線充電業務和直流電源產品/方案識別潛在的新客戶和新應用,支持本地研發團隊開發更適合市場發展趨勢的定制產品方案。Keeping up with the times: Analyze market trends and competitors, identify potential new customers and applications for our wireless charging business and DC power supplies/solutions, and support local R&D teams in developing product solutions that are suitable for market development trends.3.推進客戶產品系統的開發和運行,支持客戶開發產品系統原型機,及時響應客戶需求,贏得我們的方案在客戶產品系統上的設計導入。To promote the development of customer product systems, fully support customer development of product prototypes, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, and win the design in opportunity.Maintain PULS customer relationship management system (CRM)1.運用并維護PULS客戶關系管理系統(CRM),錄入詳盡的客戶與銷售流程需要的相關信息,保障內部團隊間高效的協同工作。Apply and maintain the PULS customer relationship management system (CRM), key in detailed customer information and other related information and ensure efficient collaboration among internal teams. 工作要求:自動化、電氣工程、機械工程、工業工程或其它工程學科本科及以上學歷,計算機科學方向的人才亦可。Bachelor's degree or above in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or other engineering disciplines is preferred, and excellent talents in computer science are also welcome.在物流自動化、工廠自動化或過程自動化行業,有三到五年的設備或系統解決方案的B2B銷售經驗。3-5 years of B2B sales experience in equipment or system solutions in logistics automation, factory automation, or process automation industries. 如果有在充電技術和電池領域的相關產品或者解決方案的銷售經驗優先考慮。Sales experience in charging technology and battery related products or solutions is a plus.須掌握自動化領域內的軟件應用和技術的一般知識, 比如:AutoCAD, CAN-open等。General knowledge of software applications and technologies in the field of automation is required, like Auto-CAD, CAN-open.English CET 4 above優秀的業務開發能力(包括信息搜集,了解客戶需求,探索解決方案,處理復雜銷售項目等)。Excellent ability to develop business (effectively gather information, understand customer needs, handle complex projects, provide solutions to customers).優秀的商務談判技巧。Excellent business negotiation skills.有能力分享成功的實踐和專業知識,尋求創造性解決方案。Has ability to share successful practices and professional knowledge and seek creative solutions with the customers.能夠以清晰、簡潔的方式,通過書面或者面對面交流,向目標客戶介紹產品及方案。Be able to introduce products and solutions to target customers in a clear and concise manner through written or face-to-face communication.出色的客戶溝通技巧,包括傾聽能力、自我表達、沖突解決及處理客戶疑慮。Excellent customer communication skills, including listening ability, self-****, conflict resolution, and handling customer doubts.具備團隊合作精神,共同解決問題,并有能力幫助組織制定戰略計劃Have team spirit, work together to solve problems, and can support the organization to develop strategic plans.自我驅動型人才,具有強烈的持續學習和改進的動力。Self-driven with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.能夠在國內/國際范圍內出差,適應非標準工作時間。Be able to travel domestically/internationally, adapt to non-standard working hours能用英語作為工作語言。Be able to use English as working language.
