Gain confidence of employees in asking and listening to their point of views.2) New Product Development Quality Managementa) Oversee the creation and approval of all quality-related design control documentation, including Design & Development Plans, Design Inputs/Outputs, V&V protocols/reports, and Design History Files (DHF).b) Plan and manage Design Verification and Validation (V&V) activities to ensure the product meets defined user needs and intended uses.c) Lead and facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design FMEA (DFMEA), and Process FMEA (PFMEA).d) Manage the resolution of complex technical issues, non-conformances, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive ****) related to new product designs.e) Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are seamlessly transferred for mass production.3) Customer Quality Managementa) Represent PULS at our customers, share and communicate our values, high quality level and comprehensive quality work.b) Understand the customer quality expectations in a holistic view and communicate into the functional organisation in PULS. c) Prepare, conduct and follow-up on customers audit to meet and exceed customer expectations.4) Supplier Quality Managementa) Support SCM to identify and win new suppliers for PULS. Collaborate with suppliers during audit, supplier qualifications, reviews, supplier complaint process to help them develop and meet or exceed PULS expectations now and in future.b) Ensure that processes are defined and implemented to make sure that supplier materials meet the stipulated specification requirements on start of production and during series production. In the event of any defects/errors containment, corrective and preventive measures are initiated in time.c) Ensure that supplier complaint process is effectively implemented at Suzhou site and drive continuous improvement of related processes.d) Ensure that regular supplier audits are planned, executed and effectively tracked to ensure the material quality for series manufacturing5) PULS Suzhou Quality Management a) Act as an adviser, representative and expert when it comes to quality aspects in a holistic sense. Be the member and responsible manager to set and achieve quality target in all areas of our business. Responsible for the availability, readability, implementation and compliance of QM documents with the stipulations in the global and local management system for quality, environment and occupation health and safety at Suzhou site.b) Plan, execute and track ****s of a regular management review (Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety) at Suzhou site (minimum one times per year).c) Plan, execute and track management system audits (Quality Environmental, Health and Safety) to check whether the management system requirements are effectively implemented and where necessary corrective and improvement **** must be initiated.d) Ensure that deviations and needs for improvement ****s according to the management system will be reported to the General Manager and VP Quality Management.e) Ensure that the management system documentation in PULSNET is available for each employee and where required translated in the appropriate national language.f) Ensure that each manager/supervisor executes a necessary management system training and review for his employees.g) To set up, maintain and continuously improve the local specific quality / environmental management system regulations.h) The quality assurance requirements of ISO9001 are updated in the Management Manual.6. HQ Coorporation and Reportinga) Reporting to the General Manager of production site Suzhou and to the VP Quality about the performance of quality assurance and any need for improvement.
